Not as big of a deal in NZ as it is in America, but we still had a good time =)

I made a massive dinner of corned beef and cabbage!

Then I partied it up with some of the best people I've met

And of course, no St. Patty's Day is complete without a few cuts and bruises =P

Article 1 - Pedestrians do not have the right of way... and Kiwis drive fast! If you get hit, you may be liable for damages.
Article 2 - Tipping is not customary, and in some cases may be considered rude.
Article 3 - Flashing a peace sign means something very offensive! Even worse than flipping the bird.
Article 4 - Unless you have an 18+ card or a New Zealand drivers license, bring your passport with you if you plan on buying any alcohol or getting into any bars. No other types of foreign ID are valid for the purchase of alcohol.
Article 5 - New Zealand money does not include pennies or nickels. The smallest coin you can get is a 10-cent coin. So if you are paying in cash and your total at the store comes out to $4.98, round to the nearest ten, and that is your total
